Introduction of retested blood results performed by a Bureau of Criminal Apprehension chemist on the first day of trial did not deprive appellant of a fair trial when the prosecutor supplied defense counsel with a photocopy of the results upon learning that retesting was conducted, when the chemist was fully cross-examined as to the reliability of the retested results and when the results reflected a lower alcohol concentration and were thus favorable to the defense.
